Olya watanyachi Usal

Ola Watana Usal
    green peas vege
 Fresh Green peas vegetable

Ingredients
2 cups fresh green peas or watana
1/2 cup freshly ground coconut
 salt to taste

Tempering
2-3 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp asafoetida
2-3 green chilies(slit)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder

coriander leaves(chopped)
freshly grated coconut

Method

1.Heat oil in a kadai
2.Add tempering ingredients. Cover the kadai and pour some water on it.
3. Simmer the flame and let it cook for 5-10 minutes
4. After it is cooked add coconut, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well

Serve hot with chapati
