LasooN ChaTNi

Ingredients
1 cup dry grated coconut
2-3 dry red chilies
5-6 garlic cloves(peeled)
1 inch tamarind piece (butuk)
salt to taste

Method
Dry roast all the ingredients one by one except garlic.
Grind in a mixer with garlic.(taste better if made using khul- batta)
Store in an air tight container.

Note
You can store it for a month.
Used as accompaniment with bhakaree, chapati, bread.
