kadipatta-DaaL dry chaTNi

home made healthy bread spread

Ingredients
1/2 cup DaL(roasted chana)
1/2 cup dried curry leaves
1/2 cup peeled garlic cloves
3 tbl sp red chili powder
2 tsp black salt/salt
1 tsp.sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbl sp.oil


Method
  • Heat oil in a pan. Fry curry leaves, garlic cloves separately.
  • Add lemon juice , DaL. Fry for a while.Add chili powder.
  • Mix salt and sugar.
  • Grind coarsely in a grinder or it tastes better if done in khul Batta.
  • Mix with curd and apply as a bread spread.
